An email funnel is designed to do one thing... capture an email of your ideal client. 

A website funnel, often simply referred to as a "funnel," is a concept used in digital marketing and e-commerce to describe the journey a user takes through a website or series of web pages to achieve a particular goal. This goal could be anything from signing up for a newsletter, making a purchase, registering for an event, downloading a resource, etc. The funnel metaphor is used because, just like a physical funnel, the number of users typically decreases at each step.
